Recognising decades of service

Nora Arnold

Nora Arnold has given more than 30 years of service to the League of Friends and remains part of its story today. In 2025, a new Yeovil Freewheelers Blood Bike was named “Nora Arnold” to recognise that contribution.

The bike is expected to support the volunteer emergency medical courier service across South Somerset and Dorset, carrying urgent items such as blood, samples, medications and life-saving equipment between healthcare locations.
